How your sheet music is handled

Yubioto has two ways of reading sheet music.

• Quick reader: processed entirely inside your browser. The file is never sent anywhere.
• High-accuracy reader: the file is sent to our conversion server for processing. The uploaded file and the result are deleted from the server as soon as the conversion is finished. They are not stored or used for any other purpose.

You choose which reader to use inside the app. For music you cannot share with anyone, use the quick reader.

Copyright

Sheet music is protected by copyright. Do not upload other people’s scores or distribute converted results beyond your own private use.

Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics to understand how the site is used. If advertising is added in the future, details will be published here.

Disclaimer

Fingerings are based on common standard fingerings. They may differ by instrument model, individual instrument, method book or teacher, and accuracy is not guaranteed. We accept no liability for damages arising from use of this site, including errors in recognised scores. Musical decisions are your own.

Software used

The app uses pdf.js (Apache License 2.0) and OpenSheetMusicDisplay (BSD 3-Clause). Full license texts are included in the app page’s source. Fonts are served by Google Fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1).
